1 Abstract In its essence, propaganda is not meant for guidance or education; basically its logic develops from the concept of persuasion or insinuation. Thus, the logic of propaganda is logic of persuasion that tries all means to achieve the goal behind the propaganda, using arguments rich with rhetoric and emotional intensity to make the conviction it tries to sell more appealing. In propaganda, arguments based on reason often mixed with emotionally burdened language; separating these two elements can happen usually for academic purposes only to clarify the techniques of propaganda in achieving persuasion. This paper explores the relationship between logic and the philosophy of propaganda: it usually appears clearly in the propaganda which includes the action of persuasion, even if that means distorting the truth by presenting only part of it or going far to creating it. Thus, achieving the logic of this action includes a structure of arguments, major and minor, organized in a paradoxical hierarchy, yet it is symmetrical that in the end can achieve the logic it was

2 created for in the first place. This structure can be used to achieve political, military, economic, religious, cultural, strategies clearly defined to influence the audience and receive their response. The means that the logic of persuasion may follow are labels, loud generalizations, rhetoric discourse, to produce sophisticated appearance. The paper clarifies the techniques of propaganda discourse through these elements. The importance of the paper comes from the importance of the subject, as it studies propaganda and the strategies of influencing audience by all means of arguments, logical or emotional, that have not been tackled before in mass media studies.
